Here is a simple way to get the powerful adaptogenic herb - Ashwagandha - into your breakfast smoothie everyday.   • 2 Tbsp Cacao powder
  • Handful of ice cubes


Blend all ingredients until smoothe. If you'd like it thicker add a little more banana or dates, if you'd like it less thick, add more of the milk of your choice.
