This pretreatment is important to the extraction process because it retains both hydrophilic and lipophilic components of the raw ashwagandha root. This, in turn, creates a full-spectrum extract which maintains the large array of bio-actives found in the raw root and leads to high clinical efficacy. If you are allergic to milk, you should not take this product.
What are the side effects of Ashwagandha?
KSM-66 Ashwagandha is GRAS (generally recognized as safe) certified. Each person interacts differently with the herb, so we recommend testing it for a day to see how you react.
