Refund policy

We mindfully produce our supplements with the intention of complementing your health and wellness journey and it’s very important to us that you benefit from them. We mean business on this one. If you are not 100% satisfied with your Tribe Organics’ product(s), send us an email at info@tribe-organics.com within 30 days after receiving your item and we will refund you in full. 

*This policy only applies for the first time you purchase each product.

You acknowledge and agree that Tribe Organics (TRIIBE, Inc.) has no obligation to provide a refund for any products. Although we may grant refunds, we examine refunds on a case by case basis and have the sole discretion in granting or denying any refunds.

Please follow the exact directions provided by our customer service team in order for your refund to be received and processed appropriately and timely.

30 DAY RETURN POLICY

For any unopened products purchased from our website within 30 days, we accept returns to our warehouse in exchange for a refund. Simply email us at info@tribe-organics.com to begin the process. In your email, please add your order number, a picture that shows that your product is entirely unopened, and the reason for your return. 

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unopened, with an unbroken safety seal, and in its original packaging. We do not accept returns of opened products for a refund. 

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. If the returned product is open upon arrival, we will not honor any previously approved refund.

Return shipping labels are only available for orders shipping to the continental US and no additional postage is required. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return label will not be accepted. Once the package is received, we can process the refund.

DAMAGED ITEMS

If you receive a damaged or defective item(s), please contact our Customer Service team with your order number and details. A customer service representative will contact you within 48-72 hours of receiving your request. Damaged item(s) must be reported to Tribe Organics' customer service within seven (7) days of receiving your shipment, or they are not eligible for a refund or reshipment.

Please contact us at info@tribe-organics.com to resolve the issue immediately. If you refuse to accept your package because there is obvious damage to the package or to the items in the package, you will not be charged for the cost of return shipping.

PLEASE NOTE: All return labels are calculated individually and will be deducted from your refund, if your return is approved.

SO, IS THERE A SHIPPING FEE?

In most cases, a processing fee of $3 and a shipping fee depending on your zip code will be deducted from your refund unless the product is damaged, as mentioned above, or a mistake was made on our end. We may request a picture of the incorrect or damaged product prior to waiving the return shipping fee.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY CREDIT?

Please allow approximately 1-2 weeks for return processing. Once the product is returned to our warehouse, it will take an additional 5-7 business days to credit back to your original form of payment. You will receive a refund notification from us when your return has been processed.

If after 5-7 business days you still do not see the refund in your account, please contact your bank or credit card company to make sure there are no pending refunds. You can always reach back out to our customer experience team and we will be happy to confirm the refund has been processed. 

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders placed on tribe-organics.com are processed immediately and packed in order to ship orders as fast as possible. Because of this, we are usually unable to change or cancel orders after they have been placed. We only allow 1 hour after your order is placed to cancel it. Once an order is processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled. 

Once an order is received, you can ask for a return label and get a refund.

PLEASE NOTE: If you have a subscription, we cannot refund you in full for an already processed and received order.

You receive an email three days prior to any subscription product processing and being shipped, so you can modify, skip or cancel before it ships if you no longer want the product. Once the product has shipped, we cannot cancel it as it goes into our third party logistics team. If you have received the order but no longer want the product, we can refund you with a return fee that will depend on your zip code.


INTERNATIONAL REFUND POLICY

Unfortunately, we don’t provide international returns at this point in time.

Tribe Organics is not responsible for lost, stolen, mis-routed or undelivered shipments or those seized by customs.

Tribe Organics is not responsible for duplicated orders placed by the customer online. Duplicate orders are subject to all of the guidelines laid out in the Return Policy.
