Shipping policy

OUR GOAL IS TO GET YOUR HERBS AND MUSHROOMS TO YOU ASAP!  

ORDER FULFILLMENT

  • To the best of our abilities, orders placed before 12 p.m. EST on a business day will ship the same day.
  • Orders placed after 12 p.m. will ship the following business day.
  • No orders are processed on Saturday or Sunday or any federal holiday. 
  • Products will ship out from our 3PL warehouse in 1250 South 71st Ave #900, Phoenix, AZ 85043 using DHL, UPS or USPS.

**Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email and a link to your tracking information.

FREE SHIPPING

Shipping is FREE for all orders over $59. Orders that qualify for free shipping are applicable only in the United States and only applies to Standard Shipping, which usually takes 3-7 business days.

SUBSCRIPTION ORDERS

Any order containing at least one subscription item with a delivery address in the United States will receive FREE shipping starting on the second order and if order is over $59. The shipping fee for subsequent deliveries of the subscription item will remain free throughout the duration of the subscription. Free shipping only applies to Standard Shipping.

DELIVERY TIMES

We strive to ship all website orders out as soon as possible. Standard shipping will ship within 2 business days from the time the order is placed and be received within 3-7 business days (often sooner!), depending on your ZIP code.

Orders placed on Friday may not ship until the following Monday/Tuesday. No orders  are processed on Saturday, Sunday or any federal holiday.

ORDER UPDATES

Order acknowledgment, confirmation of product availability, and shipping tracking information will be provided to you via email throughout the fulfillment and delivery process. If you have any other questions about your order, we're here to help! Please contact our TRIIBE Customer Support team with your concerns and order number.

CARRIERS

Orders are shipped via UPS, USPS or FedEx. We are currently unable to ship to PO Boxes.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

All prices are in USD (US Dollars). Your credit card company will bill you with your local currency at the current exchange rate.

If your country is not listed above, please contact us at info@tribe-organics.com  so we can review the possibility of shipping to your country. Please note that you must first make sure that your country's customs allow natural supplements to be imported.

International Shipping generally starts at $11.99- $19.99. It usually takes about 15 days, although Some packages have been known to take longer because of Customs and Border delays that are out of our hands. It can sometimes take 30-60 days depending on your country. 

VAT/DUTIES

Many countries charge VAT/Duties when a product is entering into the country and this could lead to additional costs. Unfortunately, we do not control these additional costs and they are imposed by your government's duty policies. It is possible that this may apply to your order and would not be included in your shipping cost. If duties are imposed, your postal service will generally notify you when they have your shipment and send you a notice to contact the postal service to pay your duties prior to final delivery. When ordering outside of the United States of America, the recipient is responsible for assuring the product can be legally imported to the destination country.

UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

If the carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, we will not refund the shipping charges due to: incorrect address, incorrect information provided, or refusal by the recipient. We are unable to re-ship orders that are returned to us as undeliverable.

Tribe Organics is not responsible for lost, stolen, mis-routed or undelivered shipments or those seized by Customs.
