Social Impact

Help the planet. Help our people. Help ourselves.

Tribe Organics commits 1% of every sale — not just profit — to the planet and the people who tend it. This page is what that looks like in practice. Real partners, real numbers, real receipts.

Two pledges, one Triibe.

  • 1% Of annual sales — not just profit — given back to the planet
  • 5+ Years funding youth-led change in Guatemala
  • 100+ Young leaders empowered through Lead-Up programs
Our Triibe

More than a brand. A Triibe.

Life is a constant adventure of great beauty, natural highs, and passion. It's also a brutal journey for so many. Tribe is about more than building the most fulfilling lives for ourselves — it's about leaving behind a world that will better facilitate the lives of the next generation.

That starts with the planet, our home. We contribute 1% of annual sales — not just profit — to 1% for the Planet, a global organization that funds vetted environmental and educational causes. Then we go further, partnering with Lead-Up International to break cycles of violence and poverty among young people in Guatemala.

— Help the planet. Help our people. Help ourselves.

The farms that grow our medicine

Every herb in every bottle traces back to a farm and a family. We work directly with organic, regenerative-certified growers — paying fair prices, supporting traditional agriculture, and refusing the supply-chain shortcuts that hollow out small farming communities.

A mural for Vista Hermosa
Mural by Chota, Comuna 13 · Vista Hermosa, Jocotenango, Guatemala
A Story From the Field

A mural for Vista Hermosa

We supported the creation of an inspiring mural — because art is one of the most powerful statements we can make.

— Tribe + Lead-Up · Jocotenango, Guatemala

Painted by international muralist Chota from Comuna 13, Colombia, the mural sits at the heart of Vista Hermosa, Jocotenango — a marginalized neighborhood and home to many of the young people held up by Lead-Up.

It's part of Urban HeArt, the youth-led initiative where Lead-Up's young champions design and lead their own community-change projects. They run them. They co-ordinate them. They spear-head social change in their own hometowns — the kind that actually sticks because it's theirs.

The mural's message: non-violence, peace, unity. The kind of qualities we want to see more often in the world we are trying to build.
