Here's How It Works
- Contact our customer service team by emailing info@tribe-organics.com within 30 days of receiving your order to begin the return process.
- We will email you a return label so that you can return any used or unused product to us within an additional 14 days.
- If the item is returned to us used or opened, we will assess a $6.95 handling fee and the cost of the return shipping label.
- It is your responsibility to pay the return cost of any unused or unopened product.
- The charges (excluding shipping and handling fees) are fully refundable to the original payment method once we receive your return.
- Please note that we offer our money back guarantee on your first order.
- Last but not least, empty product containers can only be returned if adequate time has passed for you to have actually used the product. We reserve the right to refuse refund on returns that appear to be abusive of this policy.
