All of our products are vegan with the exception of our KSM-66 Ashwagandha Full Spectrum. For this product, the Ashwagandha roots are pre-treated with grass-fed cow’s milk before the extraction process and being turned into powder.

Yes, they all are. What’s inside your supplement is every bit as important as what’s not. That’s why all our products are third-party tested for heavy metals, pathogens, and contaminants. And then we share those results with you. You can check them out here.
Following traditional Ayurvedic and Chinese Medicine methods, we suggest taking any of our product(s) for 2-3 months and then pausing for a few days to a week max. to give your body a rest.
If we observe nature, we can see that everything is cyclic. Following this cyclic pattern, herbs and mushrooms are best taken in cycles. Tonic herbs, such as Ashwagandha, Shatavari, Amla, are generally taken in a rotational cycle; these herbs are classified as “superior medicine” because they are safe, gentle and meant to be used over a prolonged period. The cycle often suggested for tonics is five days on and two days off. This cycle can be repeated as long as necessary because there are no side effects or contraindications for long-term use.
The dosage varies by product. Please check the bottle/website for recommended use.
We recommend working with a practitioner before choosing to increase dosages. Recommended dosages are meant to optimally support the average person. TRIIBE Organics recommends working with a health professional or Ayurvedic or TCM practitioner to determine individualized dosages and to create a health plan that is suited to individual needs.
Because most of our supplements are made from 100% herbs and mushrooms and are completely natural (no artificial anything) many parents love to share their supplements with their children.
Keep in mind that, depending on the age of your child, some supplements may be more appropriate than others. Children can also require different doses than you do as an adult.
As with any new supplement, we always recommend consulting with your healthcare professional first before adding any supplement to your children’s wellness regimen.
We do not advise on the safety of taking our supplements with prescription medications. Please consult your health care practitioner if you are currently under other prescription medication protocols.
The FDA does not approve herbal supplements, but rather regulates them as food products. The responsibility for safety and quality lies with the manufacturer.
Tribe Organics’ supplements are manufactured in the highest quality manner, tested for potency and purity by independent third-party labs, and structure-function claims are supported by clinical research from our partner suppliers.

All of our products are manufactured in the USA using GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) certified facilities. You can learn more about our manufacturing partners on the Transparency section of our website.
Most of our capsules are made from organic tapioca which is naturally fermented into pullulan, a starch-free, gluten-free, preservative-free, Non-GMO, USDA Organic vegetarian capsule. It is naturally derived and environment friendly with strong oxygen barrier properties that ensures the shelf life of our supplements. Pullulan capsules also protect encapsulated herbs from oxidation.
Our other capsules are produced from hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (HPMC), hypromellose for short. This is a completely plant-based material, making it ideal for consumption by vegetarians, vegans, or those who for cultural reasons cannot consume animal byproducts.
Yes; it is not necessary to leave the product in the capsule if you prefer to take the product in powder form. You can easily open the capsules and add the powder to juices, smoothies, water and some can be added to some meals without losing their nutrients.
The shelf life on most of our products is 2 years. The "Best Used By" information, located under each bottle, represents the date by which the product is best used by and the product code. Tribe Organics only guarantees product potency through the “Best Used By” date.
No, the shelf life is the same.
While it is unlikely that there would be any safety issue, we do not recommend using our products past the expiration date on the packaging, as we can no longer guarantee the efficacy or potency of the herbs and mushrooms.
Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email from us. Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, you can log into your account and track your order or go here and add the order number and email address of the order and you can track it.

All orders can be canceled up to one hour after your order is placed. Once an order is processed, it cannot be canceled. Once an order is received, you can ask for a return with a shipping fee.

If you notice an error with your shipping address please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee we will be able to successfully update an address error before our fulfillment team pulls the order. The shipping address is the responsibility of the customer.
NOTE: Updating your shipping address in your account will not update the shipping address on orders that have been processed.

Expedited shipping usually starts at $12.99.
Shipping tracking details will be emailed to you after the order has shipped from our warehouse.

Orders are shipped via UPS, USPS or FedEx. We are currently unable to ship to PO Boxes.

Orders are generally processed within 24-48 hours of receipt, Monday through Friday. If your order is received after our daily shipping cutoff time or after business hours it may be processed the following business day.
Shipping times will vary based on your location. Orders placed on Friday may not ship until the following Monday. No orders are processed on Saturday, Sunday or any federal holidays.
We strive to ship all orders out as soon as possible!! We cannot guarantee a delivery date, but the standard transit time provided by our delivery service is 5-7 business days (often sooner!) after the order has been placed and processed.

Yes we do, but it depends if your country is eligible or not. Please note prices are listed in USD and Tribe Organics is not responsible for customs, duties, or exchange rates.

International orders generally arrive 15-20 business days after they’ve shipped if everything in customs works out perfectly. But, sometimes it can take longer (21-40 business days) as there may be custom delays beyond our control depending on your country. We do everything we can to avoid that, but it can still happen.
International shipping is calculated at checkout. It usually starts at $16.99 for one bottle depending on your country location.
Unfortunately, we don’t provide international returns at this point in time.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days of delivery of your first order. We’ll refund you for the full cost of the product, less shipping. We can do this once we get the product returned to our warehouse.
Refunds apply to your first order only. Simply email us at email@example.com to begin the process. In your email, please add your order number, a photo that shows that your product is entirely unopened, with an unbroken safety seal and the reason for your return. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. If you would like to make a return, please reach out to us directly for more information.
In most cases, a processing fee and a shipping fee depending on your ZIP code will be deducted from your refund unless the product is damaged, or it is our mistake. We may request a photo of the incorrect or damaged product prior to waiving the return shipping fee.
Please allow approximately 1-2 weeks for return processing. Once the product is returned to our warehouse, it will take an additional 5-7 business days to credit back to your original form of payment. You will receive a refund notification from us on your email when your return has been processed.
A subscription will ensure that you always have your products arriving at your door at a set frequency.
We know a healthy lifestyle requires some consistency, which is why we created our subscription program.
Subscriptions are easy to manage, and you are never locked in. You are always notified a few days before your order will go through so you can skip, cancel or swap out products anytime!
For all products available on subscription, simply choose the time period in which you would like your products to be shipped – every 30-45-60 days– and you’ll receive a discount up to 15%. Depending on your selection, you will be billed accordingly and your products will be shipped to your door! All subscription orders over $75 ship for free.

Your subscription can be canceled at any time! Just go to your account or by contacting firstname.lastname@example.org.
Simply delete any unwanted scheduled orders from your account and you will no longer be billed for future renewals.
Please note that requests must be sent at least one full business day before your subscription is set to renew. If you are cancelling, please use the word CANCEL in your subject line.
You can change your address on your account, go to your profile and edit the default address. We will also ask you to please do a test order just so we can see if the address has been changed successfully. All you need to do is add any item to your cart and proceed with the order until the payment section during checkout. Then you can exit the website and it will automatically appear on our abandoned checkouts with the order details. Please send us an email so we can confirm it was changed successfully. Thank you :)
Note: Updating the shipping address on your account will not update an already processed order. Addresses cannot be modified on orders that have already been processed.

Yes you will! We want you to have time to make updates to your shipment and/or order. You will receive a three day reminder email before your subscription ships out, and that’s your time to log in and make any changes you need.
And, on the day of, you will receive a processing email and followed by a shipping confirmation email.
You can create a customer account when you checkout. There will be an option to save your information during checkout which creates an account for you. You can also set up an account before you complete any purchases by creating an account here. You can setup your billing and shipping information ahead of time, as well as save your carts with a customer account.
