Moringa Banana Muffins

Wholesome and moist, these green-tinged muffins are a hidden-veggie dessert kids love. Sweetened naturally with ripe bananas, they’re perfect for breakfast, lunchboxes, or after-school snacks.

INGREDIENTS 

  • 2 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1 egg
  • ¼ cup honey or maple syrup
  • ¼ cup olive oil or coconut oil
  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp Tribe Organics Moringa Powder
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • Pinch of salt


INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a muffin tin.
  2. In a bowl, whisk mashed bananas, egg, honey, and oil.
  3. Add dry ingredients and stir gently until combined.
  4. Spoon batter into muffin cups and bake 18–20 minutes.
  5. Cool slightly before serving.


SERVING IDEAS

  • Add chocolate chips or chopped walnuts.
  • Serve warm with nut butter for a protein boost.
