Nothing beats the aroma of freshly baked pizza — except when it’s topped with a bright green twist. This Moringa Pesto Pizza brings together the vibrant color and nutrients of Moringa with the rich, herby flavor of classic Italian pesto.

INGREDIENTS

  1. 2 cups fresh basil leaves
  2. ¼ cup walnuts or pine nuts
  3. 1 clove garlic
  4. ½ cup olive oil
  5. 2 tbsp grated Parmesan
  6. 1 tsp Tribe Organics Moringa Powder
  7. Salt and pepper to taste
  8. 1 pizza crust
  9. ½ cup mozzarella
  10. ½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  11. Arugula for garnish


INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Blend pesto ingredients until smooth.
  3. Spread pesto over crust and add cheese and tomatoes.
  4. Bake 10–12 minutes until golden.
  5. Garnish with arugula.


SERVING IDEAS

  • Serve with balsamic glaze.
