INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups fresh basil leaves
- ¼ cup walnuts or pine nuts
- 1 clove garlic
- ½ cup olive oil
- 2 tbsp grated Parmesan

- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 pizza crust
- ½ cup mozzarella
- ½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- Arugula for garnish
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Blend pesto ingredients until smooth.
- Spread pesto over crust and add cheese and tomatoes.
- Bake 10–12 minutes until golden.
