Sweetness from banana, cinnamon and dates mask the often bitter taste of the powdered Ashwagandha root. WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
2 medium frozen bananas
2 cups of plant milk of choice, we used almond
1 scoop of TRIIBE Organics Ashwagandha Powder
¼ Tsp cinnamon powder
Pinch of ginger powder
- 2 Tbsp Cacao powder
1 Tbsp nut butter of choice, we used almond
2 Tbsp normal/gluten free oat flakes (optional)
- Handful of ice cubes
Blend all ingredients until smoothe. If you'd like it thicker add a little more banana or dates, if you'd like it less thick, add more of the milk of your choice.
Add delicious toppings like sliced banana, cacao nibs, or chia seeds. Enjoy!!
