This creamy, energizing smoothie blends banana, almond butter, and Lion’s Mane into a brain-fueling sip that powers focus and keeps you satisfied from the inside out.

INGREDIENTS: 

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice)
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 1 tsp Lion’s Mane powder
  • 1 scoop protein powder
  • Dash of cinnamon
  • Ice cubes


HOW TO MAKE:
