INGREDIENTS

  • 3 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1 ½ cups flour
  • ½ cup cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp Lion’s Mane Powder
  • ½ cup coconut sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ cup olive oil

 

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine bananas, eggs, sugar, and olive oil.
  3. Stir in flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and Lion’s Mane Powder.
  4. Pour into a greased loaf pan.
  5. Bake for 50–55 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
