Mushroom Golden Blend Veggie Stir-Fry with Shrimp

A colorful medley of shrimp and crisp vegetables tossed in sesame and Mushroom Golden Blend —bringing vibrant flavor and clean energy to your plate.

INGREDIENTS: 

  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled
  • 1 cup broccoli
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 carrot, sliced
  • 2 tbsp coconut aminos
  • 1 tsp Mushroom Golden Blend Powder
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil


HOW TO MAKE:

  1. Heat sesame oil, stir-fry shrimp until pink. Remove.
  2. Add broccoli, peppers, and carrots. Stir-fry 5 min.
  3. Return shrimp, add coconut aminos and Mushroom Golden Blend. Toss well.
  4. Serve over cauliflower rice or brown rice.
