Creamy Spinach & Lion’s Mane Dip

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tsp Lion’s Mane Powder
  • 2 cups fresh spinach, sautéed and chopped
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste


INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix Greek yogurt, cream cheese, garlic, Parmesan, and Lion’s Mane Powder in a bowl.
  3. Fold in sautéed spinach.
  4. Transfer mixture to an oven-safe dish and bake for 20 minutes until bubbly.
  5. Serve warm with whole grain crackers or veggie sticks.
